Touchpad remote for Samsung TV 1.9.2

This is a remote control app that allows you to control your Samsung Smart TV over the local network. It offers similar functionality to the Smart Touch bluetooth remote like TM1360A, but with the help of your phone/tablet, it also works with older TV models that do not have a touchpad. The purpose of this app is not to replace the original remote, but rather to be handy in emergency situations such as empty batteries or losing the remote. It also has keyboard support which allows you to type on your device and send text to your TV. If your Smart TV has a LAN keyboard interface (not all do), this app provides a more convenient solution compared to choosing letters on the TV's screen one by one.

The app should work with all smart TVs with a network (LAN or WiFi) interface. I personally use it with my F (2013) and N (2018) series TV.

Note: For C-D Series TVs, make sure you enable the "Remote Control" function in the TV settings, usually located at Menu -> System Settings. If this setting is not available, unfortunately, your TV does not support remote control over the network. For E-F Series Allshare and K Series MultiView, make sure you set this app as an allowed remote application in the Allshare/MultiView settings of the TV. If the app connects to your TV for the first time, you will need to accept the message that appears on your TV. If you have previously refused the confirmation message, you can change your selection by going to Menu -> Network -> AllShare Settings or Menu/Tools -> Network -> Expert Settings -> Mobile Device Manager.

Features like keyboard, touchpad, and apps list are available on TV models that support these features.

Important:

• Make sure your television and phone/tablet are connected to the same local network. This app will only work if your phone and TV are both on the same local network.
• If the app cannot find your TV automatically, you can manually set the IP address of your TV in the app settings. To find the IP address of your TV, navigate to (usually) Menu -> Settings -> Network or Menu -> Network -> Network Status on your TV.
• You don't need any external hardware, and your phone/tablet does NOT need to have an IR-blaster.

No annoying ads: This app does not display full-screen ads, push notification ads, or any other similar annoying pop-up ads.
